This 18k gold-plated Serein Mid watch features 88 hand-set diamonds (0.50 carat weight) atop a rounded bezel with 18k gold-plated accents on the top ring, crown and the diamond inner ring with 46 diamonds (0.11 carat weight) and a Swiss movement. Roman numerals and the signature MICHELE logo grace the silver white sunray dial with diamonds. The 16mm 18k gold-plated bracelet is made specifically for the Serein Mid collection and is interchangeable with any 16mm MICHELE strap
